It’s truly an honor to be leading CMP this year. This program has been a pivotal part of my journey at JMSB. As a former analyst, I had the opportunity to work with a fintech startup, diving deep into an industry I knew little about and quickly learning how to navigate its challenges and opportunities. From building market insights to helping the founders shape their go-to-market strategy, it was incredibly rewarding to contribute to something real and impactful.
Beyond CMP, my experiences span across multiple fields: from my internship at Mackenzie Investments in internal sales operations to my involvement in business law with CBLC, my leadership roles in AIESEC where I’ve promoted international exchange and development opportunities for students, and my work with JWML. I’ve also represented JMSB in various case competitions, which deepened my ability to work under pressure and deliver strategic solutions. To me, CMP is a natural next step that brings all those skills together into one real-world, hands-on experience.
This year, Jad and I aim to make the program more dynamic, engaging, and tailored to both our clients’ and analysts’ needs. You can expect mandates that are diverse, intellectually challenging, and rewarding, pushing you out of your comfort zone while building skills that truly last.
Currently pursuing a double major in International Business and Business Technology Management, I’m passionate about bridging business strategy with innovation and global perspectives. I’m excited to help shape this experience for the next cohort.

Stepping into the role of Director for the Consulting Mandate Program this year feels incredibly full-circle. Just a couple months ago, I was in the shoes of our analysts, eager, a little nervous, and excited to dive in. What I didn’t expect was how deeply CMP would shape me, not just as a student, but as a person.
The skills I developed and the confidence I gained through the program were instrumental in landing my business analyst internship this summer. But more than that, it was the people, the challenge, and the support that made the experience truly special!
Now, I’m thrilled to give back to the program that gave me so much. With the help of my incredible co-director, Tara, and a shared vision for growth, I’m excited to guide the program through a journey that’s just as impactful, if not more.
